As we consider training a management tool, we run a Training Needs Diagnosis every two years for the companies incubated at BIC Bizkaia Ezkerraldea, which results in a training plan that adapts to the needs and the reality of the companies hosted at the Ilgner Incubator. The intention of this Training Plan is to increase the competitiveness of companies, adding value through suitable training actions.
