BIC Bizkaia Ezkerraldea operates the Ilgner Business Incubator, a historical location that has been completely renovated and that features 54 business modules covering an area of 2,500 m2. It includes communal areas, such as an assembly hall, training classrooms, meeting rooms, entrepreneurship halls and a car park.

BIC Ezkerraldea offers locations for new innovative enterprises in the business modules at our ILGNER Incubator.
We provide an initial arrangement for 3 to 5 years, with a current reference price tag of 10.57 euros/m². Our incubator has business modules of various sizes, such as:
- 24 modules measuring 17.25 m²
- 1 module measuring 22 m²
- 6 modules measuring 50 m²
- 8 modules measuring 60 m²
- 2 modules measuring 80 m²

In addition, BIC Bizkaia Ezkerraldea offers promoters, who have an innovative project, a physical space free of charge at the Ilgner Incubator where they can develop their business project.
