The business incubator located in the Ilgner Building provides BIC Bizkaia Ezkerraldea with the necessary infrastructure and functionality to host all kinds of events that take place within the centre’s field of action.

The Ilgner Building infrastructure, which is at the disposal of all potential stakeholders, includes the following:

With a capacity for 190 people and equipped with the necessary technical means to hold congresses. Its services include simultaneous translation.

  • Press conference and similar events: €450 on working days – €900 on holidays/nights.
  • Other events: €700 on working days – €1400 on holidays/nights.

On the first floor. It has a floor area of 350 m², make it possible to host exhibitions and other events that require large spaces.

  • Events: €700 on working days – €1400 on holidays/nights.

Second floor.280 m², an ideal place for cocktails or business meals.

There are 3 meeting rooms with a capacity for 8, 10 and 14 people respectively, located on the ground floor of the Ilgner building.

  • Urban Room: small room, 8 people. Normal rate: €20 half-day and €35 full day. Weekend rate: €50 half-day and €90 full day.
  • Lasesarre Room: small room, 10 people. Normal rate: €20 half-day and €35 full day. Weekend rate: €50 half-day and €90 full day.
  • Galindo Room: small room, 14 people. Normal rate: €25 half-day and €45 full day. Weekend rate: €60 half-day and €110 full day.

There are 2 classrooms equipped for delivering courses, seminars, etc. They are located on the ground floor of the Ilgner Building and can hold up to 23 people.

  • AHV Classroom: big room, 22 people + teacher. Normal rate: €45 half-day and €80 full day. Weekend rate: €100 half-day and €190 full day.
  • Nervión Classroom: classroom, 33 people + teacher. Normal rate: €55 half-day and €100 full day. Weekend rate: €120 half-day and €230 full day.
